In her spare time Annette likes to read and spend time with her family and friends.

Jaclyn graduated with her Associate Degree from Parkland college in 2024 and joined our team in 2025. Patient care is her first priority, and always aims to make sure the patient understands their treatment plan. She lives in Milford, IL with her husband, 3 boys, and 4 dogs! When she is not working she enjoys riding ATVs with her family,
